HI ROOM

Step into our HI room! We offer an array of strength training and cardio classes specifically targeting muscle groups to allow you to train and properly recover with a rotating schedule.

Instructors will guide you through a H.I.I.T. style (30 or 50 min.) class challenging your body. They will give you beginner, intermediate and advanced options in class allowing you to push yourself to that next level.

The HI room is a vibe. We dim the lights and when that beat drops, the energy of those around you will get you out of your comfort zone.

LO ROOM

The LO room was born from our love of mobility and complementing the overall fitness journey. Our yoga and LO impact classes will combine movement, breathe and mind. Expect to feel the burn and boost your energy with bodyweight, light weights, bands and slides.

LET'S GET FIRED UP IN THE LO ROOM

INFRARED PANELS

Our LO classes will be underneath infrared heated panels that will allow your body to be prepped and ready to move.

Why infrared panels? Infrared panels have been shown to provide many health benefits.
